How this website uses information submitted through nominations, partnership enquiries and contact forms.
Information you choose to share
Nomination forms collect the nominator’s contact information and the nominated person’s name, age, occupation, location, contact details, relationship and nomination story. Contact and partnership forms collect the details needed to understand and respond to an enquiry.
How information is used
Information is used to review nominations, carry out offline verification, discuss partnerships and respond to enquiries. Submitting a form does not enrol you in marketing emails.
Permission to nominate
Obtain the nominated person’s permission before sharing their information. Avoid identity numbers, bank details, medical records and information about children in these forms.
Who can access submissions
Submissions are stored on the website’s hosting infrastructure. The staff area restricts access to authorised Foundation personnel. Nomination information is not automatically published as a Hero profile.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not include advertising trackers or a newsletter subscription. The hosting service may use essential authentication cookies for private site access and staff sign-in. Basic technical information is used to prevent spam and operate the site.
Questions, corrections and removal
To ask about information you submitted, request a correction or request removal, email info@silentheroesempowerment.org. Include your submission reference if available. Please avoid sending additional sensitive information.
Photographs and stories
Real Hero profiles require separate written permission before publication. The homepage uses representative licensed photography by Ron Lach via Pexels; the pictured person is not presented as a selected Hero or as the founder.
